App Re-design.
Following a wave of negative reviews and user feedback, my team and I were brought in to completely redesign and overhaul the Karlsruher SC (KSC) football app.
The goal was to create a more engaging, intuitive, and modern experience for KSC fans while addressing key pain points in the existing app.
This was a particularly exciting and fun project to work on.

This was a collaborative project between SalesTech Data & AI and Unique One GmbH, where we designed & developed a digital Marketing Studio for Shell GmbH customers and a template editor to customize marketing assets for their specific needs.
Peggy (the Lead UX Designer @Unique 1) and I also created a reporting dashboard solution to track top-performing assets, product performance, partner activity, and trends over time.

Due Diligence.
I led the redesign of the Supply Chain Due Diligence (SCDD) Dashboard Solution for IntegrityNext GmbH, to help companies identify, monitor, and manage risks across their global supplier networks in line with Germany’s Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
The dashboard brings together supplier risk evaluation, sustainability metrics, critical news monitoring, and assessment results.

I led the design of a personalised onboarding experience where potential customers of the Ryte platform (Ryte GmbH) can better understand the value of Ryte based off of what their goals are.
The new onboarding experience aims to not only take users into the tool after signing up. It also aims to communicate the value that Ryte can offer and tailor it to what our users actually need right from the very beginning.

Cable Configurator.
A self-service Automotive Cable Configurator for our Client Rosenberger Group - to help their customers configure the exact cable assemblies they need with the right connector type, channel setup, cable type, length, and end combination for their exact use case, without depending on a support team or a pre-made product page for every possible variation.
